Who is she?

Mahiro Oyama is the main character of the 2017-present Manga called Onimai I'm Now Your Sister / Oniichan Wa Oshimai. There was a 12 episode Anime adaptation that was released in 2023. It follows the plot of Mahiro, living a shut-in hikkineet life playing erotic vn's, before 'his' scientist sister Mihari turns Mahiro into a girl!
